Saliu Mustapha Foundation has empowered more than 300 business owners with over a 40million Naira through its annual empowerment programme targeted at youths and women in Kwara State.

The non-governmental organization started its philanthropic outreach to reduce the high rate of poverty, sustain falling businesses and equip women and youths with entrepreneurial mindsets across the state.
The Foundation has encouraged and supported Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) with cash ranging from 50 – 300 thousand Naira.
The purpose of the funds is also to support small businesses that need such support to expand their businesses.
Meanwhile, the 2020 edition had to come late because of the COVID-19 pandemic ravaging the world.
The event chaired by Hon. Bashir Omolaja Bolarinwa was a continuation of the disbursement process, which took place on Saturday at the organization’s office located at Basin Roundabout, Fate Road, Ilorin
Also present at the program are Sheikh Sulyman Gambari, the Imam Gambari of Ilorin Emirate, Mall. Nasif Abdulkadir, Sheikh Abdulkadir Solagberu (Mudir Darul-l-Kitab wa sunnah), Sheikh Muhammad Labib Al-Agbaji among others
