The family of 6 and 2 other persons killed by suspected Fulani herdsmen have been buried in Benue State.
The Informant247 recalls that the herdsmen invaded and launched an attack on a community opposite Abagana Internally Displaced Persons camp in Makurdi, on Thursday night, January 19, 2023.
It was gathered that eight persons lost their lives in the incident.
The herdsmen reportedly cut off and absconded with the head of one of the victims.
8 other persons sustained various degrees of injuries with 3 of them in critical condition.
The victims were buried in the community at the weekend.
