‘You’re our pride,’ Sarkin Gambari Forum hails Yahaya Seriki over launch of Kursi HQ

The Sarkin Gambari Descendants Youths Forum has congratulated Ambassador Abdulfatai Yahaya Seriki, MFR, on the commissioning of the Abuja branch of Kursi Investment Limited, describing the development as a major milestone in entrepreneurship and economic advancement.

In a statement signed by the President of the Forum, Mallam Abdullahi Yusuf Bukola, the group said the successful unveiling of the company’s head branch reflects Ambassador Seriki’s commitment to economic growth and sustainable development in Kwara State and across the country.

Bukola described the businessman and politician as a visionary leader whose contributions continue to inspire young people within and outside the Ilorin Emirate.

“This remarkable milestone speaks volumes about the vision, diligence, and patriotic spirit of Ambassador Abdulfatai Yahaya Seriki. He continues to prove that meaningful development can be driven by private enterprise and purposeful leadership,” the statement read.

The Forum also congratulated the Sarkin Gambari of Ilorin, Alhaji Hammed Yahaya Seriki, for witnessing what it described as another achievement by one of his distinguished sons.

According to the association, the traditional ruler’s guidance and support have continued to strengthen the Seriki Gambari dynasty and promote unity among its descendants.

Bukola further stated that Ambassador Seriki has become a source of pride to the Seriki Gambari family and the entire Ilorin Emirate through his achievements and contributions to society.

“We are immensely proud of him and his accomplishments. He has carried our name with honour, dignity, and remarkable impact,” he said.

The Forum also used the occasion to declare its support for Ambassador Seriki’s governorship ambition ahead of the 2027 Kwara State governorship election.

Bukola said members of the group unanimously endorsed Seriki for the state’s top job, citing his record of development-driven initiatives and contributions to the welfare of the people.

He added that Seriki’s leadership would help sustain and consolidate the achievements of the current Governor of Kwara State, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON.

“Ambassador Yahaya Seriki has shown, through action and not mere rhetoric, that he possesses the capacity, character, and compassion to lead. Our forum stands firmly behind him. We are convinced that his governorship will secure and expand the legacy of progress that Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has built,” Bukola stated.
