Bruno Saltor is man tasked with leading Chelsea until the end of the season.

His appointment came after the sacking of Graham Potter as the team’s Head Coach on Sunday.

Fate has handed the man who is relatively unknown to the coaching world an opportunity to tutor one of the biggest teams in the world.

Seven years as a player with Brighton, He made 235 appearances and helped the team achieve promotion in the 2016/17 season as Sky Bet Championship runners-up.

After retirement, the former right-back joined Potter’s coaching staff as senior player development coach, before departing for Chelsea.

Despite having only three and a half years’ experience as a coach, his first task will come against Liverpool in the league on Tuesday evening.
