PDP Chieftain, Oyabambi mourns Onijagbo of Ijagbo’s death

The People’s Democratic Party’s (PDP) Chieftain in Kwara State, Otunba Adetunji Oyabambi, has expressed his deepest condolences to the people of Ijagbo in Oyun local government over the death of their king, Oba Salaudeen Fagbemi Adeyeye.

Oyabambi, in a condolence message, described the death of Oba Salaudeen, who lost his wife Olori Aishat in October as a rude shock and a big loss to the ancient town of Ijagbo.

“I want to sincerely condole with the good people of Ijagbo over the death of our father, Oba Salaudeen. His death, which is coming after the loss of his dear wife in October is great loss to everyone of us and we pray that God upholds the family and community they both left behind” he said in the statement.

While praying to Almighty God to grant the family of the late monarch and the community a fortitude bear the loss, the PDP Chieftain calls on the sons and daughters of Ijagbo to continue to sustain the unity and legacy the late monarch left behind.
