Malaysia has appointed Anwar bin Ibrahim as the 10th Prime Minister of the country.
The Informant247 learned that the statesman was the leader of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition.
The national palace in a statement announced that Ibrahim will be officially inaugurated at 5:00 p.m. local time.
It also stated that the country requires a government that is stable and that will revive the national developments and economy.
Malaysia had politically been on hold since the outcome of the November 19 general polls.
It was gathered that no party cleared the seats in the lower chamber of parliament to constitute a government.
