Earlier, the chairman of the NLC in the state, Idrees Abdulkareem Lafene, said the union would not stop collaborating with the government for the achievement of enabling environment for civil servants in the state.
He said NLC struggles made implementation of 90 per cent of the promotion of state civil servants possible while that of local governments was in process.
