The Higher National Diploma Certificate of the Public Administration Department student of Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin, AbdulRasheed Zubair has been withdrawn by the authority of the institution over an alleged involvement in cultism
In a statement by the Deputy Registrar, Registrar’s Office, Mr Olayemi Olatomi on Monday and made available to newsmen in Ilorin, said that the decision was based on the report of the Polytechnic’s Students’ Disciplinary Committee.
The statement added that AbdulRasheed’s involvement in cultism showed that he was not worthy in character and learning to earn the certificate of the institution.
The statement further disclosed that the mobilisation of AbdulRasheed to the mandatory National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, was also put on hold.
