Ile-Arugbo: Kwara Govt, Saraki’s family to settle out of court, fix Monday for meeting

he Kwara State Government and Saraki’s family have reached an agreement to settle, the lingering issue following the demolition of Ile-Arugbo, out of court.

Both parties in the case fixed next week Monday, January 27th for the out of court settlement of the matter.

The meeting between the defendant, which was represented by Barrister Abdulfatai Bello and the claimant, the late Olusola Saraki’s family will be held by 3pm at the State Ministry of Justice.

Recall that Ex-Senate president of Nigeria, Bukola Saraki had made a U-turn to seek out of court settlement with the state government after Justice Abiodun Adebara of the High Court sitting in Ilorin advised all parties in Ile-Arugbo demolition to explore all avenues of out-of-court settlement in the interest of peace and justice.
