Ahead of the 2023 general elections, the amalgamation of communities in Gambari and its environs have organised a special prayer for the All Progressive Congress, APC, Kwara Central Senatorial Candidate, Mallam Saliu Mustapha on his ambition and philanthropic gesture to the people.
The prayer was held at Balogun Gambari compound, in Ilorin, the state capital on Friday.
An Islamic cleric, Farooq Onikijipa while speaking during the prayer session, stated that Mallam Saliu Mustapha is a God sent, urging people to support him and other APC candidates at the polls.
He said, “He who wishes his fellow human bad shall perish, this is word of God.”
Present at the prayer were: Ambassador Yahya Seriki, Hon Mashood Mustapha, Jawondo SAN, Hon Yinka Aluko, Farouk Onikijipa OON, APC stalwarts, and many others.
However, Ambassador Yahya Seriki pledged to donate N5million for the completion of Gambari mosque.
