Elerin expresses confidence in Kwara new Amir Hajj, hails Governor AbdulRazaq’s gesture
The Elerin of Erin-ile and Chairman Oyun Local Government traditional council , Oba Jimoh Adebowale Adesoye Adetona has hailed Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for his continued recognition of traditional rulers with the appointment of Olupo of Ajase Ipo, Oba Ismail Yahaya Alebiosu as the Kwara Amir Hajj for the 2025 Hajj.
Oba Jimoh Adebowale Adesoye Adetona 1st, in a statement, congratulated the new Amir Hajj and expressed confidence in his ability to justify his appointment.
According to the statement, “on behalf of Obas and people of Oyun Local Government Area, I wish to express my deep appreciation to His Excellency, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq for the “the appointment of Oba Ismail Yahaya Alebiosu, the Olupo of Ajase Ipo, as the Kwara Amir Hajj for this year’s pilgrimage. It is an indication of inclusivity and respect for traditional leadership.” May Almighty Allah continue to grant His Excellency the wisdom and strength to prosecute the numerous people-oriented policies and programmes that have already impacted the people of the state.
Oba Adetona prayed Allah Ta’alah to grant him and all intending pilgrims a hitch free Hajj exercise”.
