Also, data posted on the verified Facebook page of the state government showed that the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the state increased from 1,596 on January 14 to 1,702 on January 17.
Meanwhile, 240 of the confirmed 1,702 are active while no fewer than 1,424 have recovered.
