AbdulGaniyu AbdulAzeez distributes ramadan relief packages to Ologomo residents in Kwara South

In the spirit of Ramadan, philanthropist and founder of the A3 Foundation, AbdulGaniyu AbdulAzeez Afobaje, has launched a food distribution initiative to support vulnerable families and the elderly in his hometown, Ologomo, Kwara South.

The Ramadan relief package, aimed at easing the economic burden on residents, includes essential food items such as rice, palm oil, semovita, milk, groundnut oil, beans, and maize. The initiative prioritizes the elderly and struggling households, ensuring that no one is left behind during the sacred month.

Speaking at the flag-off event, AbdulAzeez emphasized the significance of charity, particularly in times of hardship. “Ramadan is a period of spiritual reflection and communal support. Unfortunately, many families struggle to afford basic necessities during this time,” he said. “Through this initiative, we want to ensure that no one in our community goes hungry.”

The distribution process was conducted in an orderly manner, with beneficiaries carefully identified through home assessments to guarantee fairness and transparency. Residents expressed their gratitude, highlighting how the support would help them observe Ramadan with peace of mind.

Beyond the Ramadan outreach, AbdulAzeez has consistently championed causes such as education, healthcare, and poverty alleviation in Ologomo. His philanthropic efforts have earned him widespread respect, with many seeing his contributions as a beacon of hope.

With food prices soaring and economic uncertainties weighing on households, the A3 Foundation’s intervention comes at a crucial time. “This is more than just giving out food; it’s about fostering a sense of togetherness and reminding people that they are not alone,” AbdulAzeez added.

As Ramadan progresses, the impact of these relief packages will continue to resonate across Ologomo, bringing not just sustenance but also a renewed sense of hope and community spirit.
