The total number of coronavirus cases recorded in Kwara State has reached 2,489, THE INFORMANT247 reports.
This is as no fewer than 50 patients have died of coronavirus-related complications in the state.
The state currently has 562 active cases while 1,877 patients have recovered.
Meanwhile, it however awaits the result of 298 more samples taken to the state NCDC designated centres for tests.
In the data released, of the 18,463 tests done so far, 15,675 have tested negative as of 8:00am, February 12.
