Three youths from Kwara State, Abdulrahman Abdullahi Kayode, Adekanye Kazeem and Abegunde Sesan Philips have been appointed into the Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP for the forthcoming general elections.
The National Chairman of the party, Prince Uche Secondus yesterday inaugurated the Campaign Council at the Legacy House, Abuja.
While Sesan is from Oke-Ero local government, Adekanye from Irepodun local government, Kayode hails from Ilorin West local government area of the State. The trio were appointed as members of Youth Council of the PCC.
Reacting to his appointment at his Pakata Ilorin community this morning, Kayode popularly known as Greatkay, expressed appreciation to the Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki, the PDP Kwara gubernatorial candidate, Rt. Hon. Razak Atunwa and leadership of Kwara PDP for his nomination into the PCC.
He expressed his readiness to canvass the PDP agenda and work with other members of the Campaign Council to deliver victory for the presidential candidate of the party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar in the 16 February presidential poll.
