Some Ghanaians on social media mocked Nigeria following a loss to Portugal in a World Cup warm-up match.
They said Nigeria’s loss to Portugal was a justification to why the country did not qualify for the World Cup in Qatar.
The Informant247 recalls that Portugal defeated Nigeria 4-0 (4 goals to nil) on Thursday night in Lisbon.
Bruno Fernandes scored two goals in the first half, while Goancalo Ramos and Joao Mario delivered a goal each to defeat the Super Eagles.
The Informant247 also recalls that Ghana was responsible for Nigeria’s non-presence at the World Cup after the Black Stars of Ghana disqualified them on two legs in March.
While making fun of Nigeria, some Ghanaians on social media revealed that Nigeria’s outing against a ‘Ronaldo-less’ Portugal is a justification to why the country could not appear in Qatar.
