Saliu Mustapha Foundation to empower Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME)

The Saliu Mustapha Foundation is set to organize the 2020/2021 edition of its annual empowerment program for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME).

The development was announced in a statement released by the Director of Media and publicity, Saliu Mustapha Foundation, Ahmed Ishowo Yakub.

The Foundation which is a leading non-governmental organization had succeeded in the activation of several sustainable development goals in kwara State and thus executed several projects targeted at making impacts in different areas ranging from education, youth empowerment, MSME supports/grants, traditional institutions, religious institution etc.

The Foundation in its last edition empowered about 200 small businesses owners with N100,000 each for 80 people and N70,000 each for more than 100 business owners.

It said: “Previous beneficiaries who used the money gotten from the foundation judiciously got additional N200,000, N300,000 each depending on our evaluation of their performances. The beneficiaries were really grateful to the principal of the foundation, Mallam Saliu Mustapha.

According to the statement, “The new edition of our empowerment program will be putting smiles on the faces of not less than 500 beneficiaries again and will be coming up on the 6th and 7th February, 2021 respectively.

“We however, want to emphasize the commitment of the Saliu Mustapha Foundation to continuous supports to the good people of kwara State.

Meanwhile, the Foundation hinted that several other programs targeted at youth mentorship and development, orphans and widows support grants, undergraduate scholarship shall follow suit.

It prayed Almighty Allah to continue to bless its principal, Mallam Saliu Mustapha so he could continue with his gestures in bettering the lives of the people.
