A former gubernatorial aspirant and Chairman of Saliu Mustapha Foundation has donated a Sienna vehicle to Ilorin Emirate Descendant Progressive Union (IEDPU) to boost its operations.
Mustapha, in the presence of the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu- Gambari, handed the vehicle to the Chairman of the Union, Amb Sheikh Abdulazeez Uthman, on Monday at the Emir’s palace in Ilorin.
Speaking with THE INFORMANT247 correspondent on his empowerment scheme, after the donation, Mustapha said “when Allah bestowed one with His blessings it is paramount for one to show gratefulness by impacting on others”.
He advised the beneficiaries to make good use of the funds given to them at the empowerment program, he emphasized that good use of the money is the only way they can empower others too.
Mustapha further enjoined Kwarans to be of good character and try to make impact on their fellow citizens.
