Tunji Buhari, an aide to Kwara central senatorial candidate under the platform of All Progressives Congress (APC), Mallam Saliu Mustapha has described renewed political propaganda targeted at the Turaki of Ilorin as the dead on arrival.
In a statement made available to newsmen on Wednesday in Ilorin, the Kwara state capital, Buhari said there was no time the traditional title holder was placed on the watchlist of any anti-graft agency and such assertions being peddled is cheap propaganda by fictitious people who are panicking and losing sleep over his increasing popularity and wide acceptance.
He described those behind the propaganda as a mere dog in a book who could not achieve anything because the action would not in any way affect Saliu’s generous acts, who has written his name in gold with his popularity in the state.
He however urged all supporters of APC senatorial candidate and all Kwarans to disregard the cheap political propagandas and never relent their supports for the chosen one.
