Olanipekun, Almakura, Maikyau, Mustapha others to bag awards at Ilorin bar’s dinner night
Chief Wole Olanipekun SAN; Former Governor of Nassarawa State, Umar Tanko Al Makura; Mr. Y. C. Maikyau, SAN; and Alhaji A.U. Mustapha SAN are among the recipients of this year’s Ilorin bar.
While Olanipekun will bag the Life Time Achievement Award, Maikyau and Mustapha, for their part will take the Award of Honour.
The awardee will be honoured at a dinner event organised by the Nigerian Bar Association, Ilorin Branch which is scheduled to hold at the De-Peace Hotel, Tanke Area, Ilorin on Friday, December 3 by 5PM.
Others to bag Award are Chief Teju Adeyemi; and Mrs. S. T. Usman.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of the dinner committee, Dr. Mubarak Adekilekun told the newsmen in Ilorin that the committee has have concluded arrangements to beam the event to viewers via live streaming.
