NPFL: Kwara United beat Plateau in Jos to secure the first away win of the season

Kwara United Football Club recorded an important victory over Plateau United on Sunday at New Jos Stadium to secure the first away win of the season for the Afonja Warriors.

The match which ended 2-0 in favour of Kwara United was the first match for the club this season.

Fatokun J. put the Harmony Boys in lead at the 62nd minute of the match and the 67th strike by Micheal Ohanu made the scoreline 0-2 which put Kwara United in full control of the game.

With this win, Kwara United has occupied the top of the log with three points and two goals from one match played.

Kwara United will play their next match at home, in Kwara Stadium, against Enyimba International Football Club of Aba on Sunday 3rd of January, 2021.
