“I have to pack my car on the main road and walk to the other side, because the road isn’t motorable. On moving into the water, he wasn’t able to have control of the car again and it went deep inside with passenger inside. It took the help of Security and emergency personnel together with community members to bring the situation back to normal before thousands of sympathisers. It was quite very terrible.”
