In a tragic incident, 43-year-old Muhammadu Ali lost his life while experimenting with a bulletproof charm in Bauchi State, Northeast Nigeria.
According to the police, Ali was shot dead during the testing of the protective charm he had obtained from a herbalist.
Bauchi State Police Command’s spokesperson, Ahmed Wakil, confirmed the unfortunate event on Wednesday, stating, “We arrived at the scene and promptly rushed Mr. Ali to the hospital, but, unfortunately, he was pronounced dead.”
Wakil urged the public to refrain from patronizing herbalists who engage in fraudulent practices, emphasizing the dangers associated with such endeavors.
“The herbalist in question is currently in our custody, and we are actively pursuing two accomplices. Legal action will be taken against them following a thorough investigation,” Wakil affirmed.
