Lagos deputy governor’s brother dies of Coronavirus

Lagos State Deputy Governor Obafemi Hamzat has lost his younger brother, Haroun, to COVID-19.

According to TVC report, the late medical doctor, reportedly tested positive for COVID-19 before he eventually gave up.

“It is with utmost sadness that I announce the passing of my younger Brother. Dr. Haroun Hamzat,” the deputy governor noted through his Instagram page on Wednesday.

Dr. Haroun died on Tuesday aged 37 years.
