The authority of the Lagos Airport Hotel Limited has neutralized the worry of members of the public over the recent fire incident which razed some rooms in the staff lay-over of the hotel.
The management of the hotel assured their patronizers of all time maximum security and safety.
This was revealed in a statement released to newsmen by the Acting General Manager, Mrs Folashade Awe.
While confirming the incident, the GM said the fire incident emanated from one of the layover rooms in an administrative part far from the customers service blocks.
She hailed the standard of safety and discipline used in operating the hotel.
She dismissed the claim that fire completely razed the entire hotel.
She said only a small part of the building was affected and that the fire incident does not stop the operation of the hotel.
She added that extensive investigation has been launched into the fire incident and that needed measures are to be applied to forestall reoccurrence.
