A Magistrate Court, sitting in Ilorin, on Tuesday reversed an innitial order directing the isolation of commuters who sneaked into the state.
The judgment delivered by Magistrate Ndakele after thorough examination odered the violators to be returned back to Ekiti State where they came from.
The nursing mothers were among twenty others who were arrested at different places by the police security operative and the men of Nigerian Security Civil Defense Corps (NSDC) for violating the stay-at-home order of the Kwara State Government.
Other magistrates who prosecuted matters today include, Chief Magistrate Bio Saliu, A. Y Abdullahi, Muhammed Ndakele and others.
After convicting the offenders, some were sentenced to community services punishment, some were released while others were given options of fines with a stern warning to desist from the act of disobeying government directive.
