The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) on Saturday announced the availability of the application forms for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and direct entry.
The examination board advised prospective candidates to start registering for the examination.
It implored interested candidates who desire to be admitted to universities, polytechnics and other higher institutions of learning to get their forms from Saturday, January 14, 2023.
The examination board revealed that the closing date for registration of the examination is February 14, 2023.
The examination board further revealed that foreign students can also apply for the examination at the accredited JAMB registration centre.
Prospective candidates are advised to get themselves a new email or a valid existing email account before they begin the registration process.
The Informant247 learned that prospective candidates of the UTME are expected to have 5 credit passes at O’level, with Mathematics and English Language as compulsory.
Candidates seeking admission into the university, polytechnic and college of education, are required to have five credit at O’level, with English and Mathematics as compulsory.
