An APC Chieftain and financial expert, Hakeem Lawal, on Tuesday, offered five law students of the University of Ilorin scholarships.
Lawal who spoke during the 2019 fresher’s week of the law student of the University, held in his honour, admonished the students to be good ambassadors of their Faculty, urging them to give their academics the requisite attention, and always strive to improve their lots viz-a-viz continued education and human capital development.
Lawal represented by a former health commissioner in Kwara state, Dr. Alade after announcing full scholarship for 5 indigent 100 level law students further pledged his continuous support to the student society, faculty and the university community.
He was also decorated with an “award of appreciation” by the student body
