Gunmen kill 2 soldiers, 3 police officers in Enugu-Ebonyi border

Some gunmen on Saturday, January 28, 2023, killed 2 soldiers and 3 police officers in Enugu-Ebonyi border.

The gunmen, who were in a Toyota Sienna, reportedly killed the 2 military officers at a checkpoint in Enugu before moving to the Enugu-Ebonyi border.

They reportedly gunned down the 3 police officers at the border checkpoint.

It was gathered that a police officer was receiving medical attention at a hospital.
