The Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, on Sunday, welcomed the presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Rabiu Kwankwaso, in Port Harcourt, the capital of the state.
The former Governor of Kano State has visited Rivers State for the inauguration of the Mgbutanwo Internal Roads in the Emohua Local Government Area on Monday (today).
The Informant247 observed that Governor Wike had been inviting various political actors from opposition camps to inaugurate projects implemented by his government.
The Informant247 also observes that the governor had invited a former national chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole last Wednesday to inaugurate the 8th flyover located on Ada George road, Obio-Akpor Local Government Area.
The governor also invited the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, LP, Peter Obi to commission the 9th flyover at the popular Ikoku junction, Thursday.
In the same vein, President Muhammadu Buhari inaugurated the Campus of the Nigeria Law School in Port Harcourt on Friday.
