The Otunba Oyabambi Foundation, under the leadership of Otunba Adetunji Oyabambi, has awarded scholarships to 45 students in the Ijagbo community, located in the Oyun Local Government Area of Kwara State.
During the presentation, the foundation reaffirms its unwavering commitment to promoting education, particularly in a time when economic conditions are challenging.
The Foundation’s representatives selected 15 students each from Oyun Baptist High School, Model Secondary School Ijagbo, and Ansarudeen Secondary School Ijagbo as beneficiaries of these scholarships.
Kamarudeen Sanni, leading the team on behalf of the Otunba Oyabambi Foundation, emphasized the foundation’s non-political nature and its enduring support for the people of Oyun Local Government.
He added “Otunba Adetunji Oyabambi remains resolute in his personal mission to assist and address challenges in the community”.
Sanni conveyed Otunba Oyabambi’s message to the scholarship recipients, urging them to concentrate on their studies and excel.
He added that the foundation is committed to monitoring their progress, collaborating with the school management, and continuously supporting their educational endeavors.
