President Muhammadu Buhari has sent message of condolence to the family of the former Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Vincent Ogbulafor, who died on Friday at 73.
The presidential media aide, Malam Garba Shehu, in a statement on Saturday in Abuja, said that the Nigerian leader commiserated with members and leaders of the PDP, the people and the government of Abia, the Olokoro Royal family in Umuahia, over the death of the former PDP chieftain.
The president said the former national chairman will continue to be in the memory of the people because of the role he played to grow the nation’s democracy.
The President has commended the zeal of the late political actor in ensuring that the unity and progress of the country are sustained.
The number one citizen of the country prayed that the Almighty accept the departed soul and comfort the family of the deceased.
