Bank of Agriculture MD, Adamu reportedly kidnapped in Abuja-Kaduna train attack

A top Federal Government official, Kabir Muhammed Adamu is reportedly among those kidnapped during the Abuja-Kaduna train attack.

According to reports, the train was bombed by bandits that have been terrorizing Nigeria at a location between Katari and Rijana.

The Informant247 gathered that the bandits opened fire after the train stopped.

Adamu who is the Managing Director of Bank of Agriculture (BoA), was confirmed to be among the passengers that were seated in the First Class wing of the train.

The BoA provides credit facilities to support value chain activities, non-agricultural microcredit, savings mobilization, and capacity development.

The Informant247 learned that the bandits used buses a number of Sharon vehicles to whisk away passengers to unknown destinations.

Although, security agencies have commenced a search.
