The gubernatorial candidate of United Democratic Party (UDP) in the 2019 general elections, Otunba Adetunji Oyabambi has described former Minister for Youth and Sport, Mallam Bolaji Abdullahi as a patriotic Nigerian whose contributions to national development transcended boundaries.
The US-based philanthropist showered the praises on Abdullahi to mark his 52nd birthday.
He commended his investments in human capital development over the years, noting that the former education commissioner’s deeds are worthy of emulation.
“Abdullahi remains a role model to other politicians in the State. He has contributed significantly well to the development of Kwara. He remains a good reference point in service to humanity and philanthropy,” Oyabambi’s media office quoted him as saying.
“On behalf of my family, I felicitate him on this joyous birthday occasion.”
