Mallam Yinka Aluko, Special Adviser to Governor AbdulRahman Abdulrazaq of Kwara State resigned his appointment from the state cabinet.
According to the governor’s aide, his resignation might be triggered by his desire to participate in the forthcoming primaries of the party, All Progressives Congress, (APC).
The correspondent of Informant247 gathered that there were speculations that the governor’s aide may be aspiring for the seat of Kwara Central Senate in the 2023 general elections.
Aluko via a letter of resignation dated 14th April 2022, praised the governor for the opportunity to given to him to serve as Special the Adviser (Special Duties) in his cabinet.
