The Honourable representing Ilorin West / Asa federal constituency at the federal house of representatives, Honourable Muktar Shagaya has reiterated his commitment to delivering the best of legislative duties to the betterment of his constituents.
Shagaya, who made the disclosure while speaking at a reception which was held in his honour in Ilorin said that creation of opportunities for women and youths will be his major focus.
“It is with great joy and a deep sense of gratitude that I am an official member of the 10th Assembly, representing the good people of Ilorin West/Asa Federal Constituency. I am humbled by the trust you have placed in me and I am committed to serving you with unwavering dedication, responsibility, integrity, and passion.
”Our primary focus will be on unbiased representation, empowering our youth and women, and creating employment opportunities within our constituency. We will prioritize unity, collaboration, constructive dialogue, cooperation, and inclusiveness to build a better and stronger constituency together.
”I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Almighty Allah for granting me victory in the elections. I also want to extend my gratitude to all the people who have supported me throughout this journey; His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Mallam Abdulrahman Abdulrazak, my friends, my family, the party executives, and stakeholders alike.
