Youths occupy Ibadan streets to protest naira, fuel scarcity

Some youths on Friday stormed the streets of Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State to express their dissatisfaction over the scarcity of fuel and new naira notes in Nigeria.

This came 22 days to the country’s 2023 general elections.

The Informant247 notices that there were concerns about the scarcity of new naira notes and fuel and the epileptic state of electricity in the country.

The youths who were also dissatisfied with the state of the nation, in their numbers occupied the streets of Iwo Road area of the state with several placards, to show their displeasure.
