Why we temporarily shutdown Kwara Express – Management
Management of Harmony Transport Services Limited, better referred to as Kwara Expres has disclosed that the transport company is temporarily inoperative due to malpractices by its staff.
The company’s top brass also explained that plans are ongoing to reposition the transport outfit for immense “profitability and sustainability.”
Abdullahi abdulmajeed, the Harmony Holdings Group Managing Director, in a press statement, stressed that Kwara Express is being drawn back due to lack of corporate governance, effective cost structure, accountability, professional discipline among other irregularities.
Abdulmajeed, however, gave assurance that all the anomalies are being investigated and reviewed to better transform the company into a consistent revenue generating venture for the State Government.
He further charged the staff to change their hostile attitude to reformation, in a bid to engender growth and development of the company.
