•Changes “GRS family” to “GRS-Oloye Movement”
The Minister of State Transport and daughter of the late Kwara Political godfather, Gbemisola Saraki today in an obvious reaction to the recent intrigues involving the revocation of the late Saraki’s property, said “we have history and we are proud of that history”.
In a new year message sent to THE INFORMANT247 by her Special Assistant, Titilope Anifowose, Saraki said the name of her group erstwhile known as “GRS family” be changed to “GRS-Oloye Movement”.
Saraki said, “I want to take this opportunity to thank you, my darling family, each and every one of you, for being the best supporters I could have ever asked for. As my journey continued, you guys have made the decision to join me on my journey, taking each and every step alongside me. You have supported me, embraced me, and nurtured me through the good and bad times and never gave up on me. It all helps keep me grounded, humble, and appreciative of my career, my life. It all helps me to always remember how blessed I am. No matter how big or small, all of your good deeds and positive vibes that are sent my way never go unnoticed. You’re all my motivation; you are what drives me to grind each and every day because I don’t want to let any of you down. I want all of you to be proud of me.
In closing, I want to thank all of you again for being the best possible. My happiness is centered around your love! Thank you all for being the light of my life.
“May Allah bless us all with health, wealth, peace and happiness! May all the praises and thanks be to Allah to whom belongs all that is in heavens and in the earth.
“I pray for Allah’s wisdom, strength and power to be constantly present within us all. I pray He would make us strong and courageous for the road ahead. Give us ability beyond what we feel able, let His gifts flow freely through us, so that He would be honoured by our lives and others would be drawn to us. I pray that He would keep us all far from the snares and traps of temptations. That He would whisper in our ears when we need to run, and whisper in our hearts when we need to stand our ground.”
She further said, “So many things have happened this year, in fact, right up to the very dying hours of the year, but we will continue to take brave and faithful steps. We will continue to walk in the alight even though we have no idea what will happen next, though we are comforted, encouraged and reassured with this:-
“But they plan and Allah plans and Allah is the best of planners” 8:30.”
She conclusively prayed, “Allah forgive the sins of ALL our dearly departed and may He make us worthy representatives of all that they stood for.”
