He emphasizes the spiritual significance of Ramadan as a time for purification and sincere worship.
In a statement issued by his media assistant, Nasif Sholagberu, Senator Mustapha encourages Muslims to reflect on the teachings of Ramadan and strive for virtues that elevate spiritual well-being and contribute to humanity’s betterment.
Additionally, he calls on all Nigerians to embrace tolerance and unity to foster a resilient and united nation.
However, amidst the festive Eid celebration, Senator Mustapha also mourns the passing of retired Justice Ahmad Olanrewaju Belgore, a distinguished jurist and exemplary member of the bench.
He acknowledges Belgore’s contributions to the legal profession and community development, extending condolences to the Nigeria Bar Association, the Bench, the Belgore family, the Emir of Ilorin, and the people of Balogun Fulani constituency.
Senator Mustapha prays for Allah’s mercy upon the departed and grants him eternal rest.
