As Lionel Messi’s PSG contract is due to expire this summer, the Saudi Arabia Al Hilal club might prepare a mega deal to lure the seven time Ballon D’or winner to the Arab Nation.

Messi is yet to make decisions on whether he’s staying at Paris or not.

Messi’s father and agent Jorge, who is also a Saudi ambassador, has been in Riyadh in recent days- thus triggering speculation that he could be negotiating a move for his son.

Al Hilal has expressed interest in Messi immediately after his rival, Christiano Ronaldo joined Al-Nassr in a £175m-a-year deal in December.

In order to make the deal work, politicians are also willing to get involved to increase the salary limit in the Pro League so that Messi can play in it.

A middle east move for Messi will see a rekindled rivalry of what happened between him and Ronaldo at the Spanish La Liga where they played for Barcelona and Real Madrid respectively.
