Tinubu to embark on one-day working visit to Adamawa Monday
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will on Monday embark on an official visit to Adamawa State, less than 48 hours after a similar engagement in Kebbi State, where he commissioned projects and met with key stakeholders.
According to a statement by the presidential’s spokesperson Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu, during the one-day working visit to Yola, the Adamawa State capital, is expected to inaugurate several completed projects across Yola and Jimeta, reflecting ongoing efforts to boost infrastructure and public service delivery in the state.
Top on the list of projects to be commissioned is the eight-lane Galadima Aminu Road linking Gimba to the capital city. The President will also inaugurate a model school comprising pre-primary, primary, and junior secondary classes, aimed at strengthening access to quality education.
Other projects slated for inauguration include a new multipurpose hall, a remodelled High Court complex, a newly built officers’ complex, and the renovated Government House.
Beyond the commissioning of projects, President Tinubu will also meet with top government officials and traditional rulers, as well as interact with indigenes of the state, before returning to Abuja at the end of the visit.
The visit underscores the administration’s continued commitment to infrastructural development and direct engagement with states across the federation.
