Nigerian President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Monday, hosted the Chairman of the Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote, and American business mogul, Bill Gates, at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
Gates’ visitation was part of his foundation’s commitment to working with communities and leaders in supporting innovation.
The Informant247 had earlier reported the arrival of the Microsoft co-founder and American billionaire, Bill Gates at the presidential villa in Abuja.
Gates was reported to have arrived alongside Aliko Dangote, Chairman, Dangote Group, Aliko Dangote, meet President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the State House.
Dangote had earlier disclosed on Friday that the co-founder of Bill and Melinda Gates foundation will have meeting with Tinubu today.
According to Dangote: “I did not come to do much. I only came to inform the President about our visit with Microsoft co-founder and my friend Bill Gates.
“We will both see the president on Monday when we come together.”
However, a series of engagements has been lined up for Bill Gates both in Nigeria and Niger Republic during his visit.
