Stop playing politics with COVID-19 – Saliu Mustapha
A chieftain of the All Progressive Congress in Kwara State, Mallam Saliu Mustapha has said hands must be on deck in order to defeat the coronavirus diseases ravaging the world.
The business mogul, in a short message issued on Sunday, advised against taking advantage of the coronavirus pandemic to enrich some people, describing it as “ungodly”.
He also urged politicians to stop playing politics with the pandemic.
He said, “COVID-19 cases in on the high side recently, which establish more of how real the pandemic is. Some Businesses are folding up already as a result. It will therefore be very Ungodly for anyone or group of people to be taking advantage of the situation to enrich themselves at the expense of public welfare.
“We need to stop playing politics with the pandemic. Everybody must take responsibilities. All Hands must be on deck. I pray to Allah to save Us all and Save the World. Please keep save.”
