Sen. Nnamani lost senate bid to LP candidate in Enugu
Senator Chimaroke Nnamani, the former Governor of Enugu State, has lost his return bid to the Senate.
The Informant247 gathered Nnamani lost to the Labour Party candidate, Sir Kelvin Chukwu.
The LP candidate polled 69,136 to beat Chimaroke of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, who scored 48,701 votes.
Kelvin was replaced by his brother, Oyibo Chukwu, who was murdered few days to the Feb. 25 presidential and National Assembly elections.
