‘Unveiling the investigation’: Lagos Police prompt Mohbad’s family and friends to share details
The Inspector-General of Police, Ag. IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, has taken swift action, instructing the Lagos State Commissioner of Police to initiate a comprehensive inquiry into the tragic passing of Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad.
In a statement by the Force PRO, ACP Muyiwa Adejobi, this directive was issued during a crucial discussion at the Police Airwing Hangar, Murtala Muhammed Airport, Ikeja, Lagos, on Saturday, September 16, 2023.
The IGP emphasized the need to quickly uncover the truth surrounding the tragedy, given the concerns and speculations surrounding the circumstances of Mohbad’s untimely demise.
The Nigeria Police Force is earnestly urging family members and close associates with valuable information related to this case to come forward and cooperate with the Lagos State Police Command.
