~Judge warn Abiodun Baba not to post such writeup for future record
~Defence Counsel displayed his displeasure over the judgment.

The Judge has approved the withdrawal motion of the charges against a member of Kwara APC, Mr Biodun Baba today at Ilorin Magistrate Court, Claiming the letter written is genuine enough for the withdrawal of the case.
The Judge hereby warned Mr Biodun Baba to stop posting such on social media for future record. He said the case is hereby terminated and the accused is hereby discharged
The counsel to the complaint Barr. Sholagberu who appeared before the court with two other colleague stood up to appreciate the Judge, Defence Counsel and everybody that has been following up the case.
But the Lead Counsel to the defendant Barr. Sambo Muritala on behalf of his team who were not satisfied with the judgement stood up to show his displeasure over the Judgment given by the Judge stating that he expected some ransom to be given to his Client for compensation.
The Presiding Judge however appeal to the aggrieved counsel to let it go for peace to reign in the state and he and his team should please be mindful of what to say to the press members.
THE INFORMANT247 correspondent who interviewed some of the people present at the court noted that people, who were mostly Biodun Baba’s supporters were not satisfied their displeasure over the judgement.
However, people rejoiced with Biodun Baba and moved in troops to the NUJ secretariat for the press conference as they dance to the tone of drum and trumpet for the celebration of the Hero, Biodun Baba
Recall that Biodun Baba is a member of the All Progressive Congress, Kwara State Chapter, who wrote on his Facebook wall to express his displeasure over the way affairs of the state are being run by the president of the senate, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki. This however got a swift response from a Chieftain of the party who drag him before the Ilorin Magistrate Court on behalf of the Senate President on allegations of libel, defamation among others.
