Relief as Saka returns to Arsenal training
Arsenal and England forward Bukayo Saka is back to training ground on Wednesday with his Arsenal teammates to ward off injury scare.
The 21-year-old limped off in the first-half of Arsenal’s 5-0 win over Nottingham Forest at the weekend but has now joined in with the Gunners’ preparations for their final Europa League group stage match with FC Zurich on Thursday.
Saka’s return to training will be a big boost to England manager Gareth Southgate, with just over two weeks to go until the World Cup starts in Qatar.
The three Lions are in Group B alongside Iran, USA and Wales.
Earlier, Mikel Arteta has ruled out fear in the manner at which the youngster was held out in the game against Nottingham Forest , saying the ‘bad kick’ shouldn’t keep him out of the mundial.
