Reactions as man takes N50m old notes to CBN for deposit
A man whose identity was not disclosed has taken the sum of N50 million naira (old naira notes) to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) branches in Kano.
The video which has gone viral on social media has generated reactions, as people were wondering why he waited this long before he thinks of taking the money to the bank.
The man could be seen addressing officials of the apex bank and he moved directly to the CBN Headquarters, accompanied by 4 men who were assisting him to carry large sack bags.
