PDP chieftain Otunba Oyabambi condoles Olofa of Offa over mother’s death

United States-based chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Otunba Adetunji Oyabambi, has expressed heartfelt condolences to the Olofa of Offa, Oba Mufutau Gbadamosi Esuwoye II, over the death of his beloved mother, Alhaja Hawawu Gbadamosi.

In a personally signed statement issued on Monday, Oyabambi described the passing of the monarch’s mother as a significant loss to the royal family and the entire Offa community.

“I extend my sincere condolences to His Royal Majesty, Oba Mufutau Gbadamosi Esuwoye II, on the demise of his dear mother, Alhaja Hawawu Gbadamosi. Her transition is no doubt a painful loss, not only to the royal family but to the people of Offa, who held her in high esteem,” the statement read.

Oyabambi commended the Olofa’s leadership and prayed that God grants him and the entire family the strength to bear the irreparable loss.

He also prayed for the peaceful repose of the soul of the departed matriarch.

Alhaja Hawawu Gbadamosi was laid to rest in accordance with Islamic rites.
